HSBC wanted to make a strong impact at the Women’s Rugby World Cup by creating interactive fan experiences outside the stadium. As a global supporter of rugby, their goal was to engage the public in an inclusive and memorable way while showcasing their commitment to the sport. They required high-quality interactive displays that would attract attention, encourage participation, and allow fans of all ages to get involved with rugby-themed activities. The solution needed to be durable for outdoor use, visually impactful to stand out in busy fan zones, and flexible enough to deliver both branded content and interactive experiences throughout the event.

PROMULTIS SOLUTION

To meet HSBC’s requirements, Promultis supplied, installed, and later de-rigged three Promultis Sentinel Lite Outdoor Totems, each custom wrapped with HSBC-branded livery, for the Women’s Rugby World Cup fan zones. The outdoor totems were strategically positioned to attract public attention and encourage active participation, giving visitors the chance to engage with interactive content while exploring HSBC’s presence at the event.

The custom-wrapped totems provided both a striking visual presence and a durable, weather-resistant solution suited to busy outdoor environments. Throughout the tournament, they delivered consistent performance, engaging fans of all ages with content that amplified HSBC’s brand message. Installation and de-rigging were carried out seamlessly by our technical team, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
