Inamo, a modern pan-Asian restaurant in London, sought an advanced solution to elevate customer experience and streamline operations following a successful installation at their Covent Garden venue. To support their unique dining concept, they required interactive tables with custom-built PCs to ensure smooth software performance. Moving away from projectors also meant they no longer needed dimmed lighting, allowing the restaurant to create a brighter and more welcoming atmosphere.

The new touch-sensitive tables were integrated with NUITEQ Software, perfectly complementing Inamo’s self-service Ordamo system. This upgrade enabled guests to play games, personalise their dining experience, and place orders directly from their table. The overall goal was to reduce staff intervention, boost engagement, and deliver a more personalised and efficient dining experience aligned with Inamo’s tech-forward brand.

To meet Inamo Covent Garden’s requirements for a sophisticated, interactive dining experience, Promultis supplied and installed 20 UNO 2 Tables, achieving an ideal balance of elegance and functionality. Designed with a slender central column, the tables provided ample legroom while the shift to touch-sensitive surfaces improved visibility, creating a brighter and more inviting atmosphere for diners.

Each table was equipped with a custom-built PC to ensure seamless software performance. Integrated with NUITEQ Software, the system worked flawlessly alongside Inamo’s self-service Ordamo platform, enabling guests to play games and place orders directly from the table. Promultis also provided a three-year on-site warranty, ensuring long-term reliability and quick issue resolution. This comprehensive setup strengthened Inamo’s tech-forward brand while enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
