CUTOMER REQUIREMENTS

For the ‘Advancing Racial Equity Conference 2023,’ Shereen Daniels and GUD Management required a solution that would enhance the event’s visual experience for both in-person and virtual audiences.

They needed a system that could display relevant media in real-time, reflecting the themes and discussions of each panel.

With live content updates crucial to the tight production schedule, the technology had to be easy to manage remotely and deliver smooth, uninterrupted content changes during the event.

The goal was to create a dynamic and engaging atmosphere that kept the audience connected, while ensuring that the media displayed was always current and aligned with the ongoing presentations.

Digitas and PM Society turned to Promultis to create an immersive and engaging digital experience for the attendees of the PMi Awards 2025. As one of the most anticipated events in the healthcare communications calendar, they were looking for two distinct solutions: an interactive entertainment experience to bring fun and energy to the evening, and a practical, user-friendly way to help attendees efficiently navigate the night.
