For the Advancing Racial Equity Conference 2023, Shereen Daniels and GUD Management required a solution that would elevate the event’s visual experience for both in-person and virtual audiences by enabling the real-time display of relevant media that reflected each panel’s themes and discussions. With live content updates critical to a tightly managed production schedule, the technology needed to be remotely accessible, easy to manage, and capable of delivering seamless, uninterrupted content transitions throughout the event. The overall aim was to create a dynamic and engaging atmosphere that kept audiences connected while ensuring all on-screen media remained current and aligned with the live presentations.
