CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

Following a very successful exhibition using Promultis Interactive Hardware and IMMERSE Interactive Software last year, Zellis approached us again to develop an interactive solution for their booth at the Festival of Work 2023.

They wanted to maintain their commitment to a 100% waste-free booth, replacing printed leaflets and brochures with digital alternatives.

They requested a new interactive game to complement last year’s Tap Game, enhancing visitor engagement.

Additional functionality for the leaderboards was needed to allow smooth progression between sections without returning to the home screen.

They also wanted the ability to send personalised emails to visitors with links to the content they requested after completing a form.

PROMULTIS SOLUTION

We supplied Zellis with two customised devices, the Totem Focus and the 86″ Lightning III, each running bespoke software. Both featured last year’s popular Tap Game and a new HR Quiz Game.

The HR Quiz randomly selected 10 multiple-choice questions from over 250, giving players just 10 seconds per question.

This engaging experience attracted more visitors, increasing footfall and generating additional potential leads for Zellis.

The IMMERSE software allowed users to access documents and videos directly from the devices, while capturing names and email addresses for follow-up. Visitors could also receive materials via email, reducing the need for printed brochures. Both devices included a timetable to showcase the schedule of talks and presentations at the Zellis booth. The Lightning III featured a presentation mode, enabling Zellis to display presentations with background images during their talks.
