CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

The True Potential Adviser Conference 2026 brought together financial advisers and industry professionals to share insights, showcase services, and encourage engagement within the financial services sector. Allianz wanted a digital solution that would stand out within a busy conference environment and clearly communicate who they are and what they do. They required a prominent display to present a slideshow promoting their services, supported by a fun, interactive experience that attendees could easily walk up to and engage with.

As part of the interactive element, Allianz wanted a competitive game featuring a live scoreboard to drive engagement and encourage repeat participation throughout the day. To further increase excitement and footfall, the winner of the game would receive a signed Harry Kane shirt, adding a strong incentive for attendees to get involved.

The overall requirement was to attract attention, encourage interaction, increase dwell time, and create a memorable brand experience. The solution needed to be visually impactful, intuitive to use, and reliable throughout a high-footfall, one-day conference setting.

PROMULTIS SOLUTION

For the True Potential Adviser Conference 2026 at the ICC Birmingham, Promultis delivered a dynamic visual and interactive experience to support Allianz’s brand presence. A 3 m × 2 m LED video wall with P1.95 pixel pitch was installed to display a looping slideshow of imagery and messaging that promoted Allianz’s services with high visual impact, ensuring clear visibility across the busy event space.

To complement the display and add interactive engagement, Promultis provided a Promultis Allure kiosk featuring an engaging interactive football game that attendees could walk up to and play. This combination of striking visuals and playful interaction met Allianz’s objectives of communicating their offering while creating a memorable and fun experience for conference attendees. The game also featured a live scoreboard to encourage competition, with the overall winner receiving a signed Harry Kane shirt to further drive engagement throughout the day.
