HOKA, the globally recognized performance footwear brand, partnered with Promultis to bring cutting-edge interactive technology into their retail space. The goal was to meet customer needs by transforming the in-store experience, enabling shoppers to learn more about products in a new, advanced, and memorable way.

By combining physical footwear displays with digital touchpoints, customers could explore product features, benefits, and brand stories while interacting directly with the shoes. This approach delivered a modern, engaging, and informative experience that aligned perfectly with HOKA’s commitment to innovation and enhanced customer satisfaction.

PROMULTIS SOLUTION

We partnered with HOKA to design an immersive in-store experience that put their products in the spotlight. A 65" Promultis Insert was showcased on a custom-built table, serving as the centerpiece of the store and drawing customers’ attention immediately. Enhanced with object recognition, it responded dynamically to footwear placed on its surface.

To elevate engagement, we installed a wall-mounted 65" Promultis Insert powered by our IMMERSE software. Shoppers could walk up to the screen with shoes in hand, and the RFI tags would instantly trigger product information — from technology features to sizing tips — and even allow side-by-side comparisons between models.

This interactive setup gave customers a new, advanced, and memorable way to explore HOKA products, transforming a typical store visit into an engaging, educational, and visually striking experience. It reinforced HOKA’s commitment to innovation and helped shoppers connect with the brand like never before.
