Customer Requirements
Inamo approached us to help upgrade the dining experience in their restaurant in Covent Garden. They previously used projectors above each table to make an interactive experience, utilising physical clickers to interact with the display. Inamo wanted to upgrade their technology to include touch sensitive surfaces and incorporate their self-service ordering software. It was vital that the tables remained functional, meaning they needed to be suitable for customers to sit around and eat from.

Promultis Solution
We designed a bespoke interactive solution for Inamo, creating a sophisticated look and feel across the restaurant whilst also remaining functional. The tables featured a slim central column to allow for sufficient leg room while customers are sat around it. Along with the bespoke tables, we also supplied custom built PC’s for each table to ensure all the software ran smoothly. When using the existing projectors, the restaurant had to remain dark to ensure the projections were clearly visible. Swapping these projectors for touch sensitive surfaces allowed for a brighter environment. The tables were paired with NUITEQ software and integrated Inamo’s self-service Ordamo software to allow customers to play games and order food directly from their table top. All of the technology provided for this project has been supplied with a 3 year on-site warranty to make sure any and all issues are fixed quickly and efficiently.
