CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

Caribbean Classic, a vibrant restaurant located in Chessington, London, approached us with the goal of modernising their restaurant, with interactive tables and a Restaurant Software Solution that would enhance their customer's experiences. The software needed to be intuitive, allowing users to browse, order and pay from the menu directly at their tables, without needing to wait for someone's help.

PROMULTIS SOLUTION

To meet the needs of Caribbean Classic, we provided 9 x 55" UNO 2 Interactive Tables, installed at their restaurant in Chessington, London, all equipped with Bespoke IMMERSE Software

  • The Bespoke IMMERSE Software designed by our in-house software team, allows customers to browse the menu, place orders, and pay directly from their table screens. We also ensured updating the menu was easy for Caribbean Classic to do, should they need to add/remove/update a product.

  • This user-friendly system enhanced the dining experience by offering customers more control over their orders and reducing wait times.

  • In addition to the Touchscreen Tables, we provided the Campfire Games Suite, for entertainment while dining, featuring games such as Pool, Ice Hockey, and more!

  • The combination of our advanced hardware and Bespoke IMMERSE Software ensured Caribbean Classic deliver an engaging, modern, and efficient dining experience for their guests.
