CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
SETAG Yachts required an innovative digital solution to showcase their luxury yacht configurations at the International Boat Show 2025 in Palma. They came to us with the idea of digitising their stand, by having potential clients build their own yacht interior configuration, a way of capturing data for follow up after the event, and showing off some of their case studies. They also needed to be able to cast the software onto a larger screen.
Promultis solution
To meet SETAG Yachts' needs, we supplied and installed the following technology at their stand in Palma:
- 1x 55" Allure Kiosk: A responsive Touchscreen Kiosk that displayed SETAG Yacht's bespoke IMMERSE Software experience.
- 1x 86" Lightning IV: A large-format Touchscreen that also showcased SETAG's software. The Touchscreen could be interacted with, and could also be cast to from the Allure Kiosk, allowing visitors to view their configuration on it.
- Bespoke IMMERSE Software: A custom-built experience that allowed show attendees to create their own yacht configurations, compare their configuration to existing configurations made by SETAG and view real-life case studies of SETAG's successful projects. The software also included a data capture form, which saved their configuration vs SETAG's configuration, their name, email address and phone number to a database which SETAG Yachts could access to contact potential clients post-show.
