Livewire Warrington required Interactive Totems to provide users with information about their services, what they do, and other relevant details.

  • As the largest provider of leisure, libraries, and lifestyles services in Warrington, Livewire sought to promote a healthy lifestyle, increase participation in activities, and encourage reading and learning through free access to books, IT suites, eBooks, and the internet.

  • The Totems needed to serve as self-service points of interaction, offering a user-friendly and engaging way for customers to easily access important data, enhancing their overall experience.

Promultis provided Livewire Warrington with the Totem Focus 2, featuring a 55″ 4K UHD touchscreen display, OPS PC integration, and a Bespoke IMMERSE Software experience, allowing the customer to update content remotely.


  • This solution aligned with Livewire's need to promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage participation in various activities, while providing free access to books, IT suites, eBooks, and the internet.

  • The Totem Focus 2's intuitive, multi-user functionality, robust design, and vibrant display ensured that users could easily access and interact with up-to-date information.

  • The flexibility of the Android OS, along with the optional i7 OPS PC, allowed Livewire to manage content effectively, ensuring a dynamic and engaging experience for their customers.
