Customer Requirements
Zellis took pride in their stand at Festival of Work 2022 being 100% zero waste. This meant that having physical copies of brochures and information leaflets was not a viable option as it could generate a lot of waste. They approached us to create an interactive solution that would allow visitors to view a variety of documents and videos whilst at the stand. Zellis also wanted the option for people to request files to be sent to them via email after the show. This would mean that all visitors could still take away personal copies of the content without the need for physical versions. Zellis also wanted a way to include their HR and Payroll dashboard, allowing visitors to have a self-service demonstration of how their software works.
Promultis Solution
We provided Zellis with an 86″ Lightning III and a Totem Focus 2, each with their own bespoke software. Both devices featured a tap game that helped generate footfall onto the stand, leading to more potential leads for Zellis. Our software also enabled each user to view a variety of documents and videos whilst at the stand. There was also the option to get copies sent directly to them via email, eliminating the need for physical hand-outs.
The Lightning III featured a presentation mode which enabled Zellis to access presentations and background images to be used during their talks at the event. The Totem Focus 2 on the other hand featured a demonstration of Zellis’ MyView app, giving users a self-service way of interacting with the services they have to offer.
